Chinese Traditional Painting - Hometown

Anhui is my father's hometown, and I was deeply attracted by the beautiful scenery when I visited there. The color of black and white decorates the tranquility of the town so well. I also loved how the sky and scenery was reflected in the water. Therefore, I painted the scene I saw on the silk fan. I first start pencil sketch of the scenery, and then draw the outline on the silk fan softly. Then I colored the painting layer by layer. I used the gold color on the back to show the prosperity side of the small town.
